ABOUT BILL DAVID
Bill David is a lifelong resident of Limestone County with more than 30 years of experience in the real estate and banking industries. A graduate of Baylor University with a degree in business, Bill David began his professional career in real estate and banking in 1995. Real estate has long been a part of his life, as his father established Sadler Land and Realty in 1982.
In addition to his extensive real estate experience, Bill David has spent decades in the banking industry as a loan officer and has served on the Board of Directors of First National Bank. His background in real estate, lending, and ranching provides him with a unique perspective and a well-rounded understanding of property, land, and the financial considerations involved in real estate transactions.
Bill David has also remained deeply committed to Limestone County and is active in the civic community. Over the years, he has served his community as a school board member, city council member, and Limestone County Commissioner. Along with his professional and civic involvement, Bill David is actively involved in ranching and has a strong appreciation for the land and people of Central Texas.
Bill David is married and has two children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and supporting his children’s activities.
